  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather additional feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
