Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
