Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Guide clients through our services and assist them during the onboarding process.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on our products and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English is essential.
  • Experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to assist clients are key to success in this role.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
