Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team remotely from Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish). As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in the relevant Nordic language.
  • Assist customers with product information, account management, and service-related issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a focus on outstanding service.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and address complex customer issues.
  • Collect feedback from customers to suggest improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills with a dedication to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate documentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
