In this exciting role, you will be tasked with monitoring and moderating user-generated content across various social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a positive online environment. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and review user-generated content on multiple social media channels to ensure adherence to community standards.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, queries, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or behavior according to established policies.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to develop best practices for content moderation and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media guidelines.
  • Analyze user interactions and gather feedback to enhance community management strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is also essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Familiarity with moderation tools and content management systems is a plus.
