Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team based in Greece. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and are fluent in Spanish. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with top-tier support and ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.


Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with product information, order management, and account issues.
  • Resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document and track all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail in documenting customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support technologies is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and potential weekends as required.
