Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding various electronic devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support ticketing system.
  • Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and usage guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer feedback and recommend enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation and resources to empower customers in using their products effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team member.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and best practices in customer support.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
