Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce an opening for a Slovak Speaking Customer Care Specialist to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Slovak and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
  • Assist customers with product questions, account issues, and technical support requests.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Record and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • Collect customer feedback to drive enhancements in service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to effectively meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) and a good command of English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail in documenting customer interactions accurately.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
