Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team based in Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who excel in customer service and are fluent in French. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will engage with our French-speaking customers, providing them with the support and assistance they need for an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with product details, order issues, and account management.
  • Resolve problems efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex customer issues.
  • Provide insights and feedback on customer trends to improve service quality.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products and services to enhance customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is an asset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
