Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a French Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist, offering the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and dedicated to providing outstanding service to our French-speaking airline customers.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking airline passengers via phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other airline services.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide accurate assistance.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the airline or travel industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to effectively handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the travel sector and a commitment to enhancing customer experiences.
