Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for Polish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service is delivered.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to clients.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns, promoting satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and support enhancements to services.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather additional insights.
  • Analyze customer interactions and create reports to identify trends and recommend service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • An interest in online media and understanding of industry trends.
