You'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, helping our Italian-speaking clients resolve their issues and enhance their overall experience.


Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Italian.
  • Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless follow-up.
  • Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) and a good level of English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
