Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist to work remotely from Greece. If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and have proficiency in the Italian language, this role is tailored for you. You will play a vital part in ensuring our Italian-speaking clients receive the best support possible.


Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Italian.
  • Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions for complex customer issues.
  • Collect feedback from customers to help identify areas for service improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) with strong English language skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
