Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Provide expert assistance related to products, services, and account management.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex customer concerns.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest areas for service improvement.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and a strong level of proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accurately documenting customer interactions.
