Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Quickly address client inquiries and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improved service quality.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Assist clients in understanding our services and support them throughout the onboarding process.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experiences.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to remain well-informed about our products and customer service techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to assist clients are key for success in this role.
