Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is currently hiring a German Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote position based in Greece. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are fluent in German and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our services.


Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, delivering support in German.
  • Assist customers with requests related to product information, account management, and technical issues.
  • Provide quick resolutions to customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
  • Respond to customer feedback and contribute to service improvements based on customer suggestions.
  • Stay informed about updates on products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) with a strong level of proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on providing accurate information.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is beneficial.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
