Responsibilities

  • Supply comprehensive information regarding property amenities, booking procedures, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve any issues clients may encounter during their stay to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with accommodation partners to ensure enhanced service delivery and client experience.
  • Document client interactions thoroughly and keep accurate records of all inquiries and resolutions.
  • Guide clients effectively through the booking process and check-in procedures for a seamless experience.
  • Continuously seek methods to improve service efficiency and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Requirements
