Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to users of messaging platforms, resolving their questions and technical challenges effectively.
  • Diagnose technical issues and collaborate closely with development teams to implement timely solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and generate performance reports to track service quality.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the use of messaging services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and suggest improvements to platform features.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles, especially related to messaging or communication technologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail in issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote team and demonstrate self-motivation.
