  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients in the luxury goods sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product details, order status, and return policies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and building strong relationships.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate reporting and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share feedback received from customers and suggest improvements in service delivery.
  • Stay informed about luxury brand products, services, and market trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Actively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and recommend products effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the luxury goods or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on creating personalized customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
