Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the luxury goods sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, and return policies, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and enhancing their overall luxury shopping experience.
  • Document and track all customer interactions in the CRM system to facilitate service improvements and accurate reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify recurring issues and contribute to service enhancement efforts based on customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about luxury brands, products, and market trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or recommend luxury products to customers based on their interests and preferences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the luxury goods or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on delivering a premium customer experience.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
