  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather valuable insights.
  • Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in online media and an awareness of industry trends.
