Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Educate customers on product features and offer guidance to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our support ticketing system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and best practices in technical support.
  • Engage in training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
