Responsibilities
  • Offer comprehensive technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Educate clients on product features and provide best practices to enhance their experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Experience in technology-related sectors such as e-commerce or telecommunications is advantageous.
