Responsibilities

Provide top-tier technical support to German-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat for fitness technology products.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues associated with fitness applications and wearable devices.
Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes to ensure clarity and effectiveness of solutions.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Work closely with product teams to relay user feedback and contribute to potential product enhancements.
Remain updated on the latest developments in fitness technology to provide informed and relevant support.
Conduct engaging training sessions for customers on the effective use of fitness technology tools.

Requirements

Fluency in German with a strong command of English.
