Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features and help them maximize their service experiences.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address more complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and product updates to offer well-informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English are required.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
