Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Client Service Consultant for Airlines, working remotely from Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, and are eager to assist Spanish-speaking airline customers in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer service to Spanish-speaking airline clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general airline policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members and airline partners to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about airline products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the airline industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and familiar with basic computer applications.
