  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and financial services.
  • Offer detailed information about financial products and services to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the financial industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
