Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for Spanish-speaking professionals. We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in a remote capacity from Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive online community for Spanish-speaking users by effectively moderating content and engaging with the audience across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
  • Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely responses and fostering a supportive community environment.
  • Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams for further action.
  • Conduct research on current trends and interests within the Spanish-speaking community to enhance content relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to suggest improvements and create engaging content.
  • Prepare insights and reports on user interactions and content performance to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media practices and policies to ensure effective moderation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage various responsibilities in a remote work setting.
