In this role, you will engage with our clients' German-speaking customers, resolving inquiries and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for quick resolution.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts to accommodate customer needs.
