Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a German Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in a fully remote position based in Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to customer service and are fluent in German. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing support and assistance to our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and solutions to their inquiries.


Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in German.
  • Assist customers with product related questions, account inquiries, and technical support.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by effectively addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and a strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work setting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
