Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Document all interactions and solutions accurately within the support ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and resources to clients to enhance their understanding of products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
  • Relevant experience in IT support or a technical role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Experience in technology-related sectors such as e-commerce or customer service is an advantage.
