As a Customer Care Support Expert, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, returns, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest product offerings, features, and trends in order to provide accurate assistance.
  • Work diligently to build rapport with customers and contribute to positive brand perception.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role within the e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
