  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their usage experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical support processes accurately in the company database.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
  • Contribute to team goals by providing insights and feedback for improving service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Previous experience in tech support or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capability to work under pressure.
