Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service.

  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system for quality tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay information to management to foster service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
