  • Become an expert on the latest luxury car technology and features to better serve clients.
  • Log and document customer interactions accurately in the company's system.
  • Work closely with other support teams to ensure comprehensive client assistance.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Contribute to team performance by providing feedback and improving processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
