Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer effective solutions promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's electronics products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure transparency and tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to share information and improve the overall customer service strategy.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning about new technologies and products.
