Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and purchases.

• Maintain store organization, ensuring that shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer engagement.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
