Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video streaming services effectively.
  • Educate customers on how to navigate the platform and make the most of its features.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service changes and product features.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to continually improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues with a focus on solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, displaying a friendly and professional approach.
