Team Function:
Designs and develops Data/Domain IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture direction and standards. Requires in-depth logical and practical knowledge in Data Architecture and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Requirements
Data & Analytics Technologies experience
•Hands-on experience in building data assets on Snowflake, RedShift, Databricks, etc.
•Experience in Cloud Infrastructure (data and analytics focused) such as AWS (Athena, EMR, Glue, S3), Azure (Azure Data Fabric, Power BI) and GCP (BigQuery).
•Experience in Integration technologies such as Informatica, Matillion, FiveTran, AWS Glue, etc.
•Experience in Reporting technologies such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
•Knowledge in Data Governance tools
•Knowledge in Master Data Management solutions
Architecture Experience
•Ability to articulate various Data Architecture styles such as Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Medallion Architecture, etc.
•Experience in creating strategy, Vision, Roadmap, Reference Arch and patterns for a business/technical capability
•Experience in performing technology evaluations and recommend tools
•Experience in evaluating vendor’s product and ensure it aligns to company’s requirements (not influenced by vendors)
•Experience in developing Data Architecture guidelines
•Gain alignment on solutions and ability to influence others with data points
Insurance Domain Experience
•Strong understanding of Insurance domains such as UW (Policy), Claims processing, Services Operations, etc.
•Knowledge on legal and compliance regulations specific to Insurance
•Experience in building end to end data pipelines for insurance domains such as Product, Claims, Billing, Finance, Distribution
