Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
OutSystems certification as a professional or expert is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in OutSystems development
Experience leading technical teams.
Experience with software development, including Agile development methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Working knowledge of other programming languages such as C# and JavaScript are a plus.
Experience with Scrum/XP principles and practices is a plus.
