Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What will you do?

Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending:

Loans directly from Investors to Borrowers

All loans are commercial loans, with most being for construction and business opportunities

Property Management and Development

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director

Working with Borrowers to complete loan applications and establish the loans

Understanding of lending including:

Interest calculations, loan agreements, lending policies, property titles, PPSR, mortgage registration, and who the borrower, guarantor and mortgagor are

Credit analysis and loan processing.

A general understanding of project feasibilities, Loan to Value Ratio (LVR), property types, property development, contracts of sales, construction, construction contracts, property valuations, quantity surveyor report, project costings

Weekly teams meeting with video and screen sharing.

Summarise issues and questions for weekly meeting

Adjusting and request work as time permits, overall diligence

Answer phone calls, emails and resolve tasks or escalate questions
