What This Role Involves

As a Volunteer Mentor, you will:

• Provide one-on-one career guidance to mentees seeking support in their professional journey.
• Offer advice on job searching, interview preparation, and career transitions.
• Help mentees develop industry-specific skills and gain confidence in their abilities.
• Participate in structured mentorship programs or flexible, on-demand sessions based on availability.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome professionals from a variety of industries, including but not limited to:

• Technology & IT – Software development, cybersecurity, data science, UX/UI.
• Marketing & Business – Brand management, strategy, finance, project management.
• Education & Professional Development – Career coaching, training, HR, leadership.
• Nonprofit & Consulting – Community engagement, social impact, corporate leadership.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least three years of professional experience in their field.
• A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow professionally.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Availability for at least 2-4 hours per month to engage in mentorship sessions.
