Job description

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare Sector, who is urgently seeking a Internal Recruiter Assistant.

Please note the working hours will be on PST / MST hours (6pm - 3am South African time)

The Internal Recruiter Assistant will assist the recruitment team and play a crucial role in the recruitment process by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates in the Healthcare Sector. The primary responsibility will be to assess candidates' qualifications and experience against the requirements, ensuring that only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process. By effectively screening resumes, this will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and success of our clients' recruitment efforts.

Around 300 CV's will need to be screened per week, telephone interviews conducted and book online interviews with potential candidates.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Salary: A negotiable fixed salary, however, this is NOT a commission paying role.
  • Working Hours: This role requires you to work PST / MST hours Mon - Fri (18h00pm to 03h00am South African time. These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings)
  • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
  • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Recruitment role (required)
  • Proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ClickUp, Lever etc. (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively (required)
  • Excellent decision-making skills (required)
  • English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
