Job Position: Talent Success Manager

Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines)

Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level, Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview
As a Talent Success Manager, you will enhance candidate engagement, drive client satisfaction, and streamline operations. Key responsibilities include up-skilling candidates, fostering community engagement, supporting clients, and facilitating learning sessions to develop leadership and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Developing L&D tracks for Talent

  • Developing tracks to upskill talent based on their areas for improvement

Building AI-enabled workflows for talent 

  • Identifying areas where we can build out AI automations to make our talent far more efficient
  • Working with our engineering team to create AI enabled upskilling programs for talent

Talent Development & Engagement

  • Create strategies and resources to up-skill candidates and prepare them for success.
  • Lead learning sessions focused on leadership and professional development.
  • Manage a vibrant candidate community to promote collaboration and networking.

Operations & Community Building

  • Optimize candidate and client processes for efficiency.
  • Plan webinars and events to educate and connect candidates and clients.
  • Address and resolve candidate and client concerns promptly.

Immediate Priorities (Week 1)

  • Learn company systems and workflows.
  • Research trends in up-skilling and leadership development.
  • Draft learning resource templates and engage with the candidate community for feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience
    3-5 years in talent success, talent development, learning and development, or related roles.
  • Skills
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and influencing effectively.
    • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs like ClickUp.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, and designing and delivering learning and development programs.
    • Skilled in creating scalable resources, facilitating training sessions, and implementing up-skilling strategies for teams.
    • Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing shifting priorities with flexibility.

Preferred:

  • Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms and coaching tools.
  • Strong coaching skills, with the ability to guide and develop individuals to reach their full potential.
