岗位职责

1、主导 KYC 产品的功能设计，优化用户体验，提高 KYC 流程的转化率和准确性

2、建立 KYC 产品的数据指标体系，定期收集和分析产品使用数据，解决转化链路中的痛点

3、关注行业动态和竞争对手的 KYC 产品发展情况，定期收集和分析竞争对手的产品特点、优势和市场策略。

4、研究市场上新兴的 KYC 技术和解决方案，如人工智能身份识别、区块链数据共享等，评估其对公司产品的潜在影响和应用价值

任职要求

1、1年以上KYC经验，熟悉业内KYC全流程，拥有设计KYC秒过的经验

2、精通快速身份认证、OCR 等技术，了解市场上KYC厂商特性和优缺点

3、熟悉自动审核、风控规则，了解KYC 相关法规政策，能准确解读并应用于产品设计

4、具备较强数据分析能力，能运用数据分析方法进行数据挖掘与分析，为产品决策提供支持
