岗位职责

1、负责合约交易的金融底层逻辑板块，包括：标记价格定价、funding机制、保证金体系、限仓限价等风控规则、强平引擎、资金隔离方案等

2、负责合约交易链路上的风控相关参数的维护

3、分析和跟踪行业发展动向、市场反馈，打造行业内一流、健全的合约交易底层风控链路

4、输出逻辑明晰的产品方案，协同技术团队落地

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景，金融/经济相关专业更佳

2、有合约业务的从业经历，对合约交易有深刻的理解

3、具有良好统计分析能力，能监控合约市场流动性等风险，能维护管理风控参数

4、具有很强的逻辑思维和结果导向思维，具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力
