Coordinate resources efficiently to advance product design and development, track App usage feedback and data, and implement continuous improvements.

Conduct ongoing research and analysis of user behavior to provide sustainable user experience design throughout the product lifecycle.

岗位职责

1、主导或参与公司各App产品（包括交易、理财、量化、社交等）的规划和设计工作；

2、洞察产品现有的问题和挑战，结合行业发展趋势，挖掘新的增值场景和需求，提升App竞争力；

3、协调各方资源，高效推进产品设计和开发落地，跟踪App使用反馈和数据情况，并持续改进；

4、持续调研和分析用户行为，在整个产品生命周期提供可持续性的用户体验设计，提升APP产品用户体验。

任职要求

1、3-5 年或以上互联网产品经理工作经验，有互联网 C 端成功产品设计案例；

2、具备系统的产品规划设计能力、较强的推动项目落地能力，出色的协同和解决问题的能力；

3、熟练掌握主流产品设计工具，能熟练使用 Axure、office、figma 等软件工具，完成详细 PRD

文档撰写, 原型图设计；

4、思维活跃，逻辑条理清晰，能明确的表达自己的想法和见解，善于与其他部门同事沟通；

5、熟悉金融、证券、期货交易行业优先，对金融、证券行业有强烈兴趣，其中如有美港股行业经历尤佳。
