Prelim is seeking a People Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll support our mission of helping banks worldwide leverage our digital account opening platform. You'll be responsible for finding exceptional talent and nurturing our team's growth in our remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive talent acquisition through proactive outbound strategies and campus recruiting events
Guide candidates through the entire interview process as their primary point of contact
Build meaningful relationships with candidates to showcase Prelim's value proposition and secure top talent
Manage comprehensive employee onboarding, including HR processes, benefits enrollment, and compliance requirements
Implement and oversee performance review programs that foster employee development
Coordinate annual training across departments (product, compliance, engineering, security)
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance recruiting efforts and interview processes
Maintain and improve internal knowledge resources that support employee success
