Job description

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Regional Sales Manager to expand our market reach across Central and Southeast Europe, covering countries from Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania up to Poland and neighboring regions. This role is focused on driving growth by establishing our presence and selling our full catalog of products—including processed fruits, dried and frozen fruits, sugar and sweeteners, food additives, citric products, and edible fats and oils—to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Strategically develop our business footprint within the region, building and executing plans to grow brand awareness and establish strong, long-term relationships.
  • Client Management: Engage with a diverse client base, from small to large entities, to sell our comprehensive product catalog, maintaining and accelerating a swift turnaround of existing accounts.
  • B2B Sales: Drive B2B sales with a specific focus on the beverage manufacturing industry and possibly food manufacturing, establishing and growing relationships with key players. Typical ingredients are processed fruits, dried and frozen fruits, sugar and sweeteners, food additives, citrics and edible fats and oils etc.
  • Regional Knowledge: Develop effective sales strategies by leveraging insight into Central and Southeast European markets, including Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, and Cyprus.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 3-4 years of sales experience focusing on similar products within at least three of the regional countries.
  • Industry Expertise: Established network in the beverage industry, with additional experience in related sectors, considered an asset.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our product lines, particularly processed foods, ingredients, and additives, and an understanding of their role within the beverage and food sectors.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement, contract negotiations, and maintaining long-term relationships.
