Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to support James Evanow in reaching out to and nurturing leads, as well as booking appointments for speaking and coaching engagements. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and have strong communication skills to effectively engage with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Go High Level CRM and LinkedIn Navigator to manage and reach out to potential leads.
Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups through email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Use Snov.io scripting to engage with leads and ensure consistent messaging.
Schedule and confirm appointments for James Evanow, ensuring his calendar is efficiently filled.
Maintain and update lead records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM data.
Develop rapport with potential clients through professional and engaging communication.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to appointment setting and lead follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in appointment setting, virtual assistance, or a related sales support role.
Strong proficiency in Go High Level CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, and Snov.io.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent for seamless client interaction.
Ability to build relationships and engage prospects effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours in a part-time capacity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the business grows.
Previous experience working with entrepreneurs, business coaches, or in a digital marketing/consulting environment would be a plus for the role
